Processing Times
- Most items are ready to ship within 2–4 working days after payment
- Pullups, incontinence briefs, and custom-fitted items may take up to 6 working days

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please check junk email boxes and then do get in touch if you cant find it!
New Zealand Shipping
- Urban courier: $6.50
- Rural courier: $12
Delivery time:
- Urban: 1–2 working days
- Rural: up to 4 working days
We use Courier Post or Pass the Parcel.
Please let us know if you:
- Have a safe place to leave your parcel
- Require a signature on delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within expected timeframes, contact us and we’ll help track it down.
Australia Shipping
- Small parcels: $19.50
- Large parcels: $28
Shipping is via NZ Post International (semi-tracked)
Delivery time:
- Typically 5–15 working days
If you would prefer fully tracked or courier delivery, please contact us for a quote.
Other Countries
We’re happy to ship worldwide 🌍
Currently shipping to US and Canada incurs large tariffs as well as being expensive, however we are very happy to quote, just let us know your address and the size and style and approximate number of the pants you require.
Please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.
Duties & Taxes
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes before delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS and REFUNDS
🔁 Exchanges (Best Option)
Bought the wrong size or product? We’re happy to help 💛
We can custom fit and are happy to share our many years of experience in choosing products that will suit your child's stage of the journey.
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchanges must be arranged with us first
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we ship the new products back to you when your exchange is approved.
👉 Tip: Try pants on before washing or removing tags so we can help if sizing isn’t right.
💸 Returns & Refunds
If your item isn’t what you expected, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. All returns will be inspected before a refund is approved. Returns for incorrect sizing are treated as change-of-mind returns if exchange isn't arranged.
Customised or custom-fitted items may not be eligible for return, but we’re happy to discuss your specific situation so don't hesitate to get in touch.
Conditions:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed (unless faulty). Items must be in original condition.
- Please contact us before sending any items back
Returns for change of mind (including sizing)
- May be approved at our discretion
- A 15% restocking fee applies
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
⚠️ Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not as expected:
- Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
- Send photos and a description
We will resolve this promptly with a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act
📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived:
- Please contact us within 10 days of dispatch so we can investigate
- Courier claims must be lodged within 14 days, so timing matters
We’ll work with the courier to locate your parcel.
