Shipping and returns
With exception of our incontinence pants, pullups and custom orders, our stock is ready to be shipped the following working day after your order payment is cleared.
Pullups, incontinence briefs and custom orders are made within 6 working days of payment unless you have been contacted to advise otherwise. We will notify you when your parcel is in the post. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have a query about your order.
New Zealand $5.50 urban courier , $9.50 rural courier
Tracked parcels to Australia : $15 for parcels 0-2kg
$28 for parcels between 2-3kg

Shipping details : NZ Customers
We use Courier Post or Pass the Parcel for all orders in NZ. This usually takes 1-4 days for town/urban addresses. Please give us instructions as to where you would like the parcel to be left safely. If you require a signature option courier delivery please let us know prior to paying for your order.
Rural delivery may take 3-5 days.
Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to upgrade to a signed Courier option.
The above postage options mean that the parcel is logged as arriving at the your shipping address. Once this happens we are no longer responsible for the package.
If you parcel does not arrive in the above time frame please let us know and we will start the process of locating it. In the event of a missing parcel ( very rare) insurance can be claimed if a claim is lodged within 14 days of our posting it. It is the customers responsibility to let us know the parcel has not arrived within 10 days of posting, so that we can action this claim.
Shipping details : Australian Customers
We now use NZ post international tracking for all parcels to Australia. Whilst this means shipping costs are higher, it is a safety guard against lost goods. Parcels may take from between 3 to 14 days to arrive.
Please contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING if you have a parcel weight greater than 3kg and we will quote.
In the rare case of a parcel that does not arrive please contact us on day 11 to advise and we will be ready to lodge a claim.
We are very happy to provide a quote to anywhere worldwide. Please contact us using the contact button prior to purchase. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted for overseas customers.
When receiving your product please try pants on for size BEFORE washing them. If there are any sizing problems get in touch straight away as we may be able to exchange for you. Return postage cost is paid by the customer unless otherwise advised.
Washed or worn products are non returnable unless:
There is a defect in the product or you believe you have received an item which does not fit the description given on our website - please get in touch as soon as you find this and send photos and description. We will be in touch promptly.
