Payment & Shipping
For NZ customers we accept payment by Paypal , Credit Card or Bank deposit into our Westpac Account. This option will be given on the Payment page at checkout. The order will not be completed until you press the 'Complete Order' button at the very end of the checkout (after you have entered your details, and chosen payment method).
Our usual aim is to get all orders ready to post within 7 working days of payment. Occasionally this may be up to 2 weeks if we are busy. We will notify you when your parcel is in the post.
Shipping - NZ Customers
All shipping for NZ customers is included in our website prices.
We use Courier Post or Pass the Parcel for all non rural delivery orders in NZ. This usually takes 1-4 days. Please give us instructions as to where you would like the parcel to be left. If you require a signature option courier delivery please let us know prior to paying for your order.
For Rural Delivery orders we use either Courierpost or Pass the Parcel delivery. This usually takes 3-5 days. Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to upgrade to a signed Courier option.
The above postage options mean that the parcel is logged as arriving at the your shipping address. Once this happens we are no longer responsible for the package.
If you parcel does not arrive in the above time frame please let us know and we will start the process of locating it. In the event of a missing parcel ( very rare) insurance can be claimed if a claim is lodged within 14 days of our posting it. It is the customers responsibility to let us know the parcel has not arrived within 10 days of posting, so that we can action this claim.
Shipping - Australian Customers
We now use NZ post international courier for all parcels to Australia. Whilst this means shipping costs are higher, it is a safety guard against lost goods. Please contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING if you have multiple items as we can combine courier fees. Paypal or bank deposit into an Australian account are options for payment for orders from Australia.
We are very happy to provide a quote to anywhere worldwide. Please contact us using the contact button prior to purchase. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted for overseas customers.
In order to keep postage costs down and minimise packaging waste , our pants are placed straight into the waterproof postal bag with our instruction sheet. Its pretty basic but in the name of saving waste AND keeping our costs down we find that people are quite happy with this system.
We provide a gift wrapping service for a small extra charge. If you would like this service please notify us of this prior to paying for your order.
