Each item includes ONE pair of reusable training undies designed for soiling and encopresis.

These are not designed for urine accidents and do not have absorbency.
If your child has bladder accidents ( needs absorbency) as well as frequent bowel/soiling accidents , please contact us to discuss a custom pad that is specially designed for both bowel and urinary protection.
