Our usual aim is to get all orders ready to post within 6 working days of payment. Occasionally this may be up to 2 weeks if we are busy.  We will notify you when your parcel is in the post. 

Shipping - NZ Customers  ***NZ's Covid situation may affect delivery times

We use Courier Post or Pass the Parcel  for all  orders in NZ. This usually takes 1-4  days for town/urban addresses. Please give us instructions as to where you would like the parcel to be left safely. If you require a signature option courier delivery please let us know prior to paying for your order.

Rural delivery may take 3-5 days. Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to upgrade to a signed Courier option.

The above postage options mean that the parcel is logged as arriving at the your shipping address. Once this happens we are no longer responsible for the package.

If you parcel does not arrive in the above time frame please let us know and we will start the process of locating it.  In the event of a missing parcel ( very rare) insurance can be claimed if a claim is lodged within 14 days of our posting it.  It is the customers responsibility to let us know the parcel has not arrived within 10 days of posting, so that we can action this claim. 

Shipping - Australian Customers ***The Covid situation may affect delivery times

We now use NZ post international courier for all parcels to Australia. Whilst this means shipping costs are higher, it is a safety guard against lost goods. Please contact us PRIOR TO ORDERING if you have multiple items as we can combine courier fees.   Paypal or bank deposit into an Australian account are options for payment for orders from Australia. 

Other Countries

We are very happy to provide a quote to anywhere worldwide. Please contact us using the contact button prior to purchase. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted for overseas customers.

Returns

When receiving your product please try pants on for size BEFORE washing them. If there are any sizing problems get in touch straight away as we may be able to exchange for you.  

Washed or worn products are non returnable unless:

There is a defect in the product - please get in touch as soon as you find this and send photos and description. We will be in touch asap.

We highly recommend you measure your child to ensure the pants will fit well. Children vary LOTS in shape, as do the different types of pants we use. We can custom fit pants given good info!

For Briefs style pants, measure where the elastic sits at

Low Waist - below the belly button at the top of the hips 

Leg - in the crease where the leg meets the body, where briefs leg elastic would sit

Child's age, weight and current trouser or briefs size are helpful too!

Take measurements (in cm) with the tape sitting firmly against the skin. If no tape handy you could use string and a ruler. 

For Shorties /shorts style pants measure

Low Waist - below the belly button at the top of the hips 

Rise - Tape goes from mid waistband at the back to mid waistband at the front as in the diagram below.  The pants need to cover the child's bottom when sitting too! Measure this on the child rather than using their pants. 

Let us know your child's age, weight and current trouser or briefs size too!

Rise - Tape goes from mid waistband at the back to mid waistband at the front as in the diagram. 

Waist - Measure this just below tummy button

Leg - Around leg where briefs elastic sits. 

Stuck or Confused?  Just contact us - we are happy to help, though we are not mind readers so will need as much info as you can give us to get the best size for your child.

Wash before first use (after trying on to ensure fit is right!) 

Use normal precautions when washing the pants for the first time as colours may run. Use a cold wash and separate from light colour garments. After the initial wash pants can be washed with your normal load on cold or warm. Turn inside out to wash. Use of a net wash bag will help prevent fabrics from wearing quickly or catching on rough objects which can damage them (zips/Velcro etc). They will last longer if not sitting wet for hours so after use rinse in cold water, then wash and dry asap.

Our Animal and Construction prints are quality transfers (heat pressed), however they will fade and wear faster with excess heat, soaking and harsh chemicals, just like t shirt transfers. We recommend low heat and natural drying to get the longest life out of them. The pants can be tumble dryed on warm.

Heated towel rails can be useful to help finish drying the pants if necessary (keep transfer furthest away from direct heat).
